Booking Terms

QHHT Appointments

A deposit is required to secure all bookings in advance, via our online booking system.

Remaining fees should be paid in full, no later than 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.

We operate a 48hr cancellation period and any cancellations out with this time period are  NON-REFUNDABLE.  We are more than happy to re-arrange an alternative appointment for you.

All appointment bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

By making an appointment, you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

Class Bookings

Kindred Spirits Community Classes should be paid for in advance, via our website booking system, with a debit or credit card.

We operate a 48hr cancellation period and any cancellations out with this time period are  NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be made for non-attendance of any class.

All classes within Xcite Venues should be booked via their booking app or at the specific venue you will be attending.

Workshop Bookings / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date will be refunded or re-booked for an alternative date/time.

For cancellations out with the above, there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee.

If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund or an alternative date.
